Avalable in different colours, you can even mix them to get unique colours. Eg. Green and light blue for turquoise.
Some of the colours will glow under UV light! Fun for neon parties.
You mix it with conditioner.
It will not damage your hair, but if your hair is black or extremely dark you would need to bleach it for this dye to work and come out nice and bright.
